📋 Description

• Directly supervises a team of associates.
• Oversees day-to-day workflows and file-level escalations.
• Coaches and develops team members and leaders.
• Monitors performance metrics to improve efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years experience in national escrow closing.
• 1+ years experience in a management role.
• Mastery of a title production system – Resware preferred.
• Excellent phone, email, and face-to-face communication skills.
• Excellent teamwork across multiple areas; fosters a great place to work.
