📋 Description

• Provides direct supervision to lab staff and professionals.
• Ensures production meets department goals.
• Monitors SOP and safety compliance across the team.
• Oversees training and development of staff.
• Plans shift meetings and guides team progress.
• Acts as go-to person when manager is absent.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in MT/lab science; 4.5+ yrs exp incl. ≥2 yrs in clinical lab.
• Master’s in MT/lab science; 2+ yrs exp incl. ≥2 yrs in clinical lab.
• ASCP certification in molecular biology (CLS/MLS/MB/MT).
• CA CGMBS or CLS license required for California.
• Proven leadership experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
