Provide real-time and follow-up feedback to caregivers
Understand caregiver pool performance and trends
Identify opportunities to improve the caregiver experience
Be a change champion and drive positive caregiver improvements
Create cross-functional relationships with Product, Servicing, Marketing, Safety

🎯 Requirements

2+ years supervisory experience; Bachelor’s degree or higher
Exceptional interpersonal skills and passion for coaching
Data-driven and metric-informed decision maker
Empathetic leader who motivates large groups and gives feedback
Experience guiding teams through market/industry changes
Cross-functional collaborator; tech company experience a plus
