Schedule Testing Operators and assign vehicles with fleet coordinators
Coordinate daily/weekly testing activities within AV Testing Ops
Provide operators with current vehicle allocations and software bundle needs
Review Dev Tickets (DTs) for discrepancies and safety concerns before scheduling
Ingest and review DriveLogs with the Triage Team as applicable
Collect and analyze trend data for daily vehicle testing operations

🎯 Requirements

Supervisory or leadership experience
Excellent verbal and written communication
Proficiency with Jira and Confluence
Basic knowledge of Linux and scripting languages
Experience leading large Testing Operator teams (50+)
High school diploma or equivalent required
