📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day accounting operations and close processes.
• Manage month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Review team deliverables for accuracy and timeliness.
• Support audits and tax compliance activities.
• Partner with finance leadership to improve controls and processes.
• Coach accounting staff and drive consistency across the function.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or business.
• 4–6 years accounting experience.
• 1+ year people management experience.
• GAAP knowledge and strong accounting principles.
• Experience with ERP systems (Dynamics SL, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
