Own all show operations and communications, including budgeting and resources.
Work with talent to sharpen editorial POVs and on-camera presence.
Partner with Senior Producers on guest booking for high-tier talent.
Manage a team of producers, directors, and craftspeople with career pathing and feedback.
Provide creative direction across both audio and video projects.

🎯 Requirements

Full-stack production for audio and video (development through publishing)
Expert-level Adobe Creative Suite skills (Premiere, Photoshop)
Storytelling across short-, mid-, and long-form formats
Knowledge of Decoder’s business/entrepreneurship/public policy intersection with tech
Strong network to secure high-profile guests
Editorial and operational decision-making with resource balance
