Lead process development efforts to improve the Cellares platform.
Interface with external partners for technology transfer and governance.
Develop and manage program timelines for process development.
Perform gap assessments and develop plans, SOWs, tests, and protocols.
Coordinate day-to-day team effort; mentor and train junior members.
Lead technology transfer with Analytical Development, MSAT, QA, Manufacturing, and Eng.

🎯 Requirements

PhD/MS/BS in bio/chemical eng, biology, or related field with 6-20 years in cell/gene therapy process development.
Subject-matter expert in T cell, HSC, iPSC or other immune cell therapy modalities.
Hands-on with Miltenyi Prodigy, Lonza Cocoon, Xuri Wave.
Experience with LVV, RVV, LNP, CRISPR, TALENs, ZFN editing.
Strong communication; able to present complex results clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
Knowledge of cGMP and ICH guidelines preferred.
