  • Own positioning, value messaging, and GTM plans for AI-powered services.
  • Translate AI capabilities into narratives for creative/marketing teams.
  • Partner with AI Consulting, AI Creative, Product, and TPD to align messaging with use cases.
  • Collaborate with Content Marketing to create assets for education and adoption.
  • Work with Enablement and Customer Success to train Sales and CS on AI offerings.
  • Support launches and enhancements with customer insights and competitive context.
  • Partner with Customer Marketing to drive adoption across the lifecycle.
  • Track adoption, feedback, and market signals to refine messaging.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 3โ€“5 years in product marketing or related GTM role, ideally in B2B SaaS or martech.
  • Strong understanding of how AI reshapes creative/marketing workflows.
  • Excellent communication; simplify complex concepts into clear messaging.
  • Experience cross-functional with Product, Creative, Sales, and CS.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and driving alignment in fast-moving envs.
  • Customer-centered mindset with clarity, usefulness, and adoption.
  • Prefer AI-enabled creative tools or services experience.
  • Background supporting training, enablement, or adoption programs.
  • Bonus: prior experience in creative or agency-adjacent environments.
