🎯 Requirements
- 3-5 years experience as licensed real estate salesperson, broker, or attorney
- Active NC real estate license (salesperson or broker)
- DREI certification preferred
- Prior instruction and/or training experience preferred
- State approval to teach pre-licensing, continuing ed, and post-licensing
- Weekend and evening class availability
- Computer with HD camera and microphone required
- Quiet, dedicated office with strong internet required
- Able to instruct in onsite classroom and via Zoom
