π― Requirements
- Experience with NYC public agencies preferred.
- 8+ years as a technical specialist in construction.
- Interpreting contract documents (specs, drawings, shop drawings).
- Experience in new and modernization construction.
- Valid driver's license.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering/Architecture/Construction.
