Approve trade partner work and invoices based on quality and completeness.
Lead on-site safety protocols and ensure compliance with codes and permits.
Maintain digital and physical project documentation; communicate scope changes.

🎯 Requirements

4+ years as Superintendent in residential home construction or relevant experience.
Proficiency with schedule management tools (MS Project, BuilderTrend, CoConstruct, Procore).
Basic computer skills, including Google Suite.
A valid driver’s license.
