Resident Manager

📋 Description

• Manage all operations of an income-producing property.
• Lead leasing, maintenance, and resident relations.
• Live on-site and supervise on-site team.
• Ensure payroll, rent collection, and deposits are accurate.
• Conduct regular inspections of units, grounds, and common areas.
• Help establish pricing and move-in/move-out processes.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree or related coursework.
• Two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination.
• 1 - 2+ years of Property Management experience preferred.
• Leasing experience required.
• AppFolio, Entrata, Outlook, Excel, Word and Internet savvy.
• Strong Customer Service.

🎁 Benefits

• Hourly pay range: $16.90 - $17.00 DOE
• This position requires the ability to live on-site.
• This is a part-time position not eligible for company benefit plans.
• Some schedule flexibility; typical week min 12 hours.
