📋 Description

• Work with Regional Manager to build an effective team.
• Inspect property common areas, units, and grounds regularly.
• Recommend improvements to operations.
• Oversee move-in/move-out administration with inspections.
• Handle payroll submissions for the on-site team.
• Manage rent payments and deposits from residents.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred.
• 1-2+ years property management experience.
• Leasing experience required.
• AppFolio, Entrata, Outlook, Excel, Word proficiency.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Strong customer service.

🎁 Benefits

• Hourly pay range: $16.90 - $17.00 DOE.
• Part-time; not eligible for company benefits.
