🎯 Requirements

Active CA Real Estate License (required)
Third-party property management experience
10 years property management experience
Minimum 3 years Regional Director experience in multi-family
Knowledge of California landlord/tenant law
CPM designation desired; PM systems: Entrata OneSite, Yardi, AppFolio
