🎯 Requirements
- 5-10+ years of end-to-end tech recruiting with buy-side/hedge fund/prop trading exposure.
- Proven closes on senior and team engineering hires (software, data, platform).
- Hedge fund tech/ops exposure; Python, SQL, data modeling, ETL, cloud, containers, CI/CD.
- Context-switch to MO/BO searches.
- Structured interviews, rubrics, ATS reporting, and pipeline discipline.
- Strong communication; trusted with confidential, time-sensitive searches.

- Base Salary Range: $100k to $125k, contingent on experience
