🎯 Requirements

  • 2-4 years of quota-carrying sales experience in AE/AM roles
  • Prior outbound prospecting experience (calls and emails)
  • Experience in SaaS, fintech, or financial services preferred
  • Interest in 401(k), retirement, or benefits sales
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and sales engagement tools
  • Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
