📋 Description

• Assist in creating, editing, and maintaining product documentation
• Support training materials, including written guides and video content
• Help improve knowledge management systems: content organization and discoverability
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer teams to gather information
• Participate in content audits and identify gaps or opportunities for improvement
• Contribute to standardizing documentation and content processes

🎯 Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and organizational ability
• Current undergraduate/graduate student in English, Communications, or related field
• Interest in technical writing or knowledge management
• Familiarity with Google Docs, Notion, Confluence, or similar
• Experience with video editing or content creation tools (e.g., Camtasia)
