- Assist in automating 3D spheroid biology workflows and high-content imaging.
- Perform mammalian cell culture using sterile techniques.
- Run and analyze data from high-content imaging instruments.
- Develop, run, and optimize assays for degrader compounds (e.g., JESS, NanoBRET).
- Collaborate with biologists, biochemists, biophysicists, and chemists.
- Report to Senior Research Scientist; HQ in New Haven, CT.
π― Requirements
- Experience in cell culture is required.
- Oncology or neuroscience experience preferred.
- Experience with microscopy/high-content imaging is a plus.
- Knowledge of ubiquitin-based proteasomal degradation is desired.
- Full-time (40 hours per week).
- No visa sponsorship; must work without sponsorship.
