- Up to 3 years of experience in material behavior, composites, aerospace, or related areas.
- Ability to lead projects and collaborate in a team.
- Superior communication, listening, and critical thinking skills.
- Experience with composites material selection, testing, or manufacturing.
- Experience in destructive and non-destructive testing methods and analysis.
