• Concept, shoot, edit, and post short-form video for Atomic brands
• Use AI tools for scripting, editing, voiceover, production
• Iterate quickly based on performance data
• Collaborate with brand leads to understand each brand's audience and voice
• Build content frameworks for long-term use by brands

• You understand why something goes viral before the algorithm
• You're a native user of AI tools to move faster
• Can hold and execute multiple brand voices at once
• Bias toward action: post, learn, iterate
• Eye for what's cringe vs compelling
• Portfolio or proven track record of content with traction
