  • Serve as the primary on-site IT support for the Solihull office.

  • Strong troubleshooting to diagnose issues and root causes.
  • Service-oriented mindset with a passion for end-user support.
  • Clear written and verbal communication; explain technical concepts simply.
  • Excellent time management and ability to balance priorities.
  • Willingness to provide occasional after-hours support.
