- Strong troubleshooting to diagnose issues and root causes.
- Service-oriented mindset with a passion for end-user support.
- Clear written and verbal communication; explain technical concepts simply.
- Excellent time management and ability to balance priorities.
- Willingness to provide occasional after-hours support.
