Customize UI using Sugar Sidecar framework (UI, layouts, usability).
Implement and maintain integrations via SugarCRM APIs and connectors.
Collaborate with business users to translate requirements into CRM automations.
Troubleshoot and optimize SugarCRM configurations for performance.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in CRM platforms; SugarCRM or similar (Salesforce, Dynamics).
CRM configuration and customization: modules, security, fields, layouts, RBAC.
Designing and administering business process automation/workflows (BPM or low-code).
Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, and MySQL to extend SugarCRM.
Experience integrating CRM systems via REST APIs and data flows.
Strong English communication; gathering requirements and explaining solutions.
