- Weβre seeking a Substitute/Limited Part-Time Safety Support Specialist.
- Complement Beacon SSS by taking on available shifts.
- Review Beacon alerts and escalate to school admins by phone.
- Identify new issues and trends; help with solutions.
- Contribute to training, enablement, and knowledge base.
- Support overall Technical Support tickets as needed.
π― Requirements
- Flexible availability, including weekends/holidays; 5:00AM-11:00AM PT shifts.
- Onboard for first two weeks, Mon-Fri 8:00AM-5:00PM PT.
- 1+ year in a Support role or intimate Customer-Facing Roles.
- 1+ year in a white glove customer service position.
- Experience with Zendesk and handling tickets and calls.
- Excellent written/verbal communication; college degree preferred; non-English language proficiency a plus.
