Substitute Registered Behavior Technician (Leeward School Based)

📋 Description

• Work directly with students in the classroom following the established service plan.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients and school teams; respect families' values.
• Implement behavior therapy and collaborate with teachers to support students.
• Document interventions and progress toward goals.
• Collect behavior data as specified in client behavior plan.
• Provide training to help students acquire and maintain skills.

🎯 Requirements

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• One-year RBT experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Associate/Bachelor degree OR 48 college credits incl Math100 & Eng100 OR ParaPro.
• Experience with developmental/intellectual disabilities is a plus.
