Substitute Registered Behavior Technician (Leeward School Based)

📋 Description

• Work directly with students in the classroom following the service plan
• Establish relationships with clients and school teams; respect families' values
• Implement behavior therapy; collaborate with teachers in the classroom
• Document interventions and progress toward goals
• Collect behavior data per client behavior plan
• Provide training and instruction to help students acquire skills

🎯 Requirements

• RBT Certified (Registered Behavior Technician)
• One-year RBT experience preferred
• Be at least 18 years old
• Experience with children with developmental disabilities is a plus
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or 48 credits incl. Math 100 and English 100 or ParaPro Praxis
