Subscription Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Manage renewals, downgrades and cancellations; contract timing
• Act as SME for renewals; process in billing system
• Support upgrades and new accounts during peak periods
• Master product catalog and bundles for renewal discussions
• Work with customers (phone/email) to adjust contracts
• Resolve subscription discrepancies with customers and stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years experience in Collections, Billing or Customer Support
• Strong negotiation skills for contract renewals
• Analytical, organized and detail-oriented
• Adaptable and able to multitask in a dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and feedback skills
• Able to explore and responsibly integrate AI tools to drive efficiency
