Manage SVOD operations for The Roku Channel Premium Subscriptions globally.
Coordinate cross-functional data flows across Business, Product, Eng, Marketing, Finance.
Identify and mitigate technical risks; escalate blockers efficiently.
Define and implement process/tooling improvements to scale ops.
Support monthly/quarterly/annual business cadences and exec briefs.

🎯 Requirements

BA/BS in Business, Finance, Accounting or CS; MBA a plus.
4+ years in ops/PM in software/tech; 2+ years in management consulting in financial ops/process.
Excellent project management; PMP a plus.
Strong organizational, communication, attention to detail; autonomous.
Experience in digital media, streaming platforms, and software development lifecycle.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Airtable, Confluence, JIRA; Salesforce a plus.
