Subscription & Billing Analyst

📋 Description

• Analyze cases to plan actions and ensure contract compliance.
• Focus on large accounts with multi-layer data analysis for accuracy.
• Prepare reports on subscriptions; reconcile accounts; process Salesforce/NetSuite.
• Resolve billing disputes; correct subscriptions; cancellations/terminations.
• Prepare credit analysis; issue credit memos; process Re-Bills.
• Identify billing anomalies; process amendments with CS/PS teams.
• Communicate with partners to facilitate subscription changes.
• Ad hoc analysis on SSOT and data governance; explain variances.

🎯 Requirements

• A 2-3 years’ experience in finance/operational roles focusing on root cause analysis and controls.
• Knowledge of subscription-based SaaS billing is a plus.
• Advanced Microsoft Office and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash: products, pricing, discounting, quoting, booking, order fulfillment, MSA, billing, amendments, renewals.
• Demonstrated academic aptitude, problem solving, strategic/critical thinking, and strong communications.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills; comfortable with large data volumes and presenting to executives.
• Strong work ethic; able to manage tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and projects at once.
