Submeter Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Record daily and monthly meter reads for submetered properties by set dates.
• Quality check first-month billing reads for initial upload accuracy.
• Coordinate setup, transfer, meter configurations, testing, and docs for new/transferred properties.
• Process daily research requests from utility billing, management, and implementation teams.
• Hold weekly calls with submetering partner Vitality for meter maintenance.
• Address submetering maintenance and installs to update billing.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of analytics and reporting experience.
• Proficient with Google Sheets (Google Workspace).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with or without supervision; a healthy desire to succeed.
• Ability to deliver quality results under strict deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
