Outreach to prime contractors to identify subcontractors for Avetta Connect onboarding.
Invite subcontractors to join the network on the Prime’s behalf and monitor progress.
May account manage Named Primes; provide white-glove service and growth.
Collaborate with AEs and AMs for subcontractor-focused reviews; identify whitespace.
Use Salesforce.com and Gong Engage to capture campaign data.
Flexibility with schedule to cover global time zones.

🎯 Requirements

1-3 years in Sales development, Inside Sales or BDR role.
4 Year degree or commensurate experience.
Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, SugarCRM or other CRM.
Strong interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal).
Understanding of consultative, solution sales or similar models.
Strong understanding of sales methodologies.
