- 12+ years in studio leadership, ops, or production tech
- Proven ability to implement tech and optimize pipelines
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration
- AI in content generation, asset tagging, automation
- Experience with Airtable, DAM/MAM, distribution systems
- Ability to translate data into executive reporting
- IT/AI collaboration to align infrastructure and security
