📋 Description

• Be a welcoming presence for guests in studio and retail.
• Respond to inquiries about classes, schedules, policies, and offerings.
• Accurately manage registrations, check-ins, and payments.
• Communicate guest needs to Studio Manager promptly.
• Set up and reset studio spaces; maintain cleanliness.
• Support sales of memberships, class packages, and retail products.

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
• Strong customer service or retail experience (wellness/fitness a plus).
• MindBody experience preferred.
• Seniority Level: Entry level.
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform cleaning/restocking.
