Student Support Coordinator

📋 Description

• Own the student emergency fund process to ensure timely and equitable distribution.
• Manage student support cases and help students access SNAP and related benefits.
• Uphold student accountability by managing conduct cases, investigations, and sanctions.
• Be a first responder for student well-being; refer to mental health resources.
• Oversee the student grievance process with mediation and advocacy.
• Contribute to reporting and cross-department communication.

🎯 Requirements

• Advocacy for student access and equity in higher education.
• Experience handling complex student cases with professionalism and discretion.
• Strong communication and mediation skills.
• Knowledge of ADA, FERPA, Title IX and related policies.
• Proactive problem solver who improves processes.
• Ability to collaborate with coaches and campus partners.
