📋 Description

• Manage a caseload of 50-75 students with coaching sessions
• Build long-term relationships through proactive outreach and check-ins
• Guide students on course planning, accountability, and time management
• Track progress using dashboards and document notes clearly
• Collaborate with Admissions and Onboarding for smooth handoffs
• Provide empathetic coaching through moments of self-doubt and celebration

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Strong organizational and caseload management; clear documentation
• Ability to handle emotionally sensitive conversations professionally
• Proven ability to manage high volume outreach and follow-up
• Remote role based in Phoenix, AZ; Mon-Fri 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM PT
