• Map and design operating models and marketing processes.
• Facilitate workshops and engage client stakeholders.
• Create tools, templates, and frameworks for client work.
• Define and document roles and responsibilities in client orgs.
• Develop implementation playbooks and training materials.
• Coordinate projects and onboarding, including meetings and agendas.

• Enrolled in a master's program or final bachelor year.
• Interest in business architecture, digital marketing, and tech projects.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent English communication.
• Proactive mindset and holistic problem solving.
• Willing to work 15-20 hours per week.
