What will I be doing? ๐Ÿค”

  • HR tasks:
  • Overseeing and issuing contracts of employment, amendment letters, ad hoc salary and bonus letters.
  • Responsible for responding to general HR inquiries via Jira, Slack and email.
  • Accountable for the monthly payroll management, working alongside Finance to meet deadlines related to this.
  • Uploading and editing the Confluence page when necessary, with HR updates.
  • Processing benefits on a monthly basis.
  • Ensure HR Tickets are responded within SLA timescales and to a high standard.
  • Support in optimizing new processes and tools in order to provide a great employee experience.
  • Ad hoc duties as required.
  • Workplace & Culture Support:
  • Receptionist
  • Greet vendors and suppliers and provide general support to visitors
  • Manage inbound and outbound mail and shipping
  • Facility Management
  • Maintaining a well organized work environment and organize office operations and procedures
  • Manage relationships and contracts with vendors and service providers
  • Be in charge of ordering and stocking office & kitchen supplies
  • Maintain the vibe and organization of the space.
  • Coordinate with owners for the proper maintenance of the facilities.
  • Engagement & culture
  • Collaborate with the team on engagement activities and assist with organizing events (social, company meetings, meet-ups, etc.)
  • Help to set up the onboarding agenda for the new joiners.

  • At least 1 year of successful experience in HR Admin & Office Management position
  • Social and communicative skills
  • Organized, resolute, proactive
  • Fluency in Polish and English
  • Attention to detail
  • Flexible person
