🎯 Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency
- 1+ year hardware assembly/test/maintenance or trade cert in A&P/manufacturing/electronics
- Drilling, reaming, honing, and/or countersinking holes
- Military or aviation manufacturing experience
- Read/interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
- Stand 8+ hours; repetitive motions; lift up to 50 lbs
