Structures Technician (Composites)

📋 Description

• Trim and finish composite and metallic assemblies
• Assemble structures including setup, bonding and fastener applications
• Surface prep via grit blast, hand abrade and power abrasion
• Repair composite defects
• Use tooling holes or by hand per drawings
• Align parts and secure in place using clecos or tooling/hand clamps

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency
• 1+ years hands-on tools experience in aerospace/manufacturing/auto, or trade school cert
• Experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings
• Experience working with composites
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions; read SOPs
• Attention to detail and accuracy in fast-paced production
