Design, fabricate, and validate tooling, fixtures, and GSE for prototypes
Rapidly iterate tooling concepts to support changing designs and tests
Define integration flow and tooling interfaces with structures, manufacturing, and test
Perform mechanical checks, fit-ups, and trials to qualify tooling
Build and inspect primary/secondary structural assemblies for flight hardware
Provide real-time design feedback on tooling during builds

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical, Aerospace, Manufacturing, or related engineering
Strong engineering fundamentals; hands-on hardware experience
CAD proficiency with GD&T fundamentals
Comfortable using hand tools, test equipment, and shop floor work
Familiarity with machining, welding, forming, and assembly
Strong communication across multidisciplinary R&D teams
