- Own primary structure assembly and subassemblies from design to ATP test; define build flow.
- Collaborate with design, manufacturing, reliability teams and vendors to drive progress.
- Create work instructions, specs, and best practices across high-fidelity processes.
- Establish stations within the inaugural work cell; plan operations, tooling, and equipment.
- Support the shop floor with live issue resolution; provide upstream feedback.
- Provide DFM feedback to structures teams during development and first builds.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, aeronautical, or mechanical engineering.
- 3+ years progressive related manufacturing experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills; interface with engineering and manufacturing.
- Knowledge of vehicle structures, machining, assembly, and tooling.
- Basic GD&T knowledge.
- Self-motivated; able to prioritize and work under pressure.
