Structured Finance Associate, IPP

📋 Description

• Maintain financial models for project returns (IRR/NPV) and cash flows
• Provide arm’s-length pricing to DevCo for projects sold to IPP
• Support diligence with DevCo on real estate, permits, and interconnection
• Maintain checklists and schedules to keep diligence organized
• Assist in drafting MIPAs between DevCo and IPP and identify PCOs
• Monitor CPs to ensure timely drawdowns per financing agreements

🎯 Requirements

• 3-4 years in renewable energy project finance, IB, or corporate development with solar exposure
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related quantitative field
• Advanced Excel modeling (VBA a plus) and knowledge of project finance
• General understanding of tax equity concepts and project finance structures
• Understanding of the renewable energy project development lifecycle
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
