- Maintain complex financial models to evaluate IRR, NPV, and cash flows
- Provide arm's-length pricing to DevCo for projects sold to IPP
- Support due diligence on DevCo projects (real estate, permitting, interconnection)
- Maintain checklists, schedules and tools to keep diligence organized and close deals
- Draft project-specific MIPAs between DevCo and IPP; identify PCOs
- Monitor CPs compliance in financing agreements for timely drawdowns
🎯 Requirements
- 3-4 years of renewable energy project finance experience (solar)
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
- Advanced Excel modeling; VBA a plus; Project Finance knowledge
- Understanding of tax equity concepts and deal structures
- Knowledge of renewable energy project development lifecycle
- Strong attention to detail and project management; good comms
