Handle completed products (Structures and PFB) from end of production through shipment.
Safely load, unload, and store products in the yard.
Identify continuous improvement opportunities with the team.
Maintain yard safety and cleanliness as a top priority.
Organize cranes for loading and unloading; maximize on-site crane use.
Coordinate shipments with shipping teams and schedule departures.

🎯 Requirements

Minimum 1 year Structural Marshaling experience preferred.
Knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Adobe Acrobat preferred.
Strong analytical skills preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills preferred.
Safe rigging with straps, shackles, spreader bars; forklift ops.
Team player with commitment to safety.
