Stripe is seeking a Vendor Manager in Dublin to lead vendor relationships, optimize procurement processes, and ensure compliance with internal policies. You will partner with Legal, Finance, and Product teams to manage the end-to-end vendor lifecycle and drive value for the business.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute vendor strategies that align with Stripe’s goals
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and service level agreements with vendors
- Onboard new suppliers, manage performance, risk, and compliance
- Monitor vendor spend, drive cost optimization, and maintain vendor catalogs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Legal, Finance, and Product
Requirements
- 5+ years in vendor management, procurement, or supplier management
- Strong negotiation and contract drafting skills
- Experience with vendor risk, onboarding, and compliance programs
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or a related field
