Technical Sales Enablement Business Partner at Stripe
Stripe is seeking a Technical Sales Enablement Business Partner to empower our sales teams with strategic enablement programs, product storytelling, training, and scalable content to accelerate revenue. This role collaborates with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to design and deliver field-ready materials, playbooks, and training that translate complex Stripe products into clear customer value. The candidate will own the enablement roadmap, develop onboarding programs for new hires, maintain knowledge resources, and measure impact through metrics.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to design, develop, and deploy sales enablement programs, training, and content.
- Build and maintain playbooks, product messaging, and collateral that help field teams articulate Stripe's value proposition.
- Onboard new hires and provide ongoing coaching to improve time-to-productivity and win rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of GTM motions, tooling, and data-driven feedback loops.
- Track metrics and influence improvements in funnel performance and rep productivity.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a closely related role in enterprise SaaS.
- Experience communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to partner across Sales, Product, and Customer Success.
- Familiarity with CRM and learning platforms, content management, and analytics.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable improvements in sales readiness and performance.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment; willingness to travel as needed (up to ~20%).
