Technical Partner Manager, Global Partner Engineering & Operations (PE/O)

Stripe is seeking a Technical Partner Manager for Global Partner Engineering and Operations (PE/O) to help build and scale our partner ecosystem in Europe from our Dublin office. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Partnerships, and Sales to drive technical integrations and joint initiatives with external partners. This role is based in Dublin and reports to the PE/O leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong technical and strategic relationships with strategic partners.
• Define and execute partner enablement, onboarding programs, and joint roadmaps.
• Lead cross-functional projects to design and implement technical integrations with Stripe's platform.
• Manage partner program lifecycle, governance, metrics, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Security, Compliance, and Support to ensure secure, scalable integrations.
• Drive joint business outcomes and revenue growth with partner ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in partner management, alliances, or related field in a tech company.
• Experience with API integrations, developer platforms, or ecosystems.
• Strong program and project management, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Familiarity with payments landscape or fintech is a plus.
