🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, CS, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 3+ years of curriculum development, instructional design, or technical training.
- Strong understanding of Stripe products, APIs, and fintech/payments.
- Proficiency in eLearning tools (Articulate Rise), LMS, Camtasia, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools to evaluate training.
