About the role

Technical Account Manager, Spanish Speaking at Stripe. We are seeking a technically oriented TAM to support Stripe customers in Spanish and English. You will serve as the primary technical contact for assigned accounts, guide onboarding and integrations, troubleshoot complex payment and API issues, escalate when needed, and collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Solutions, Sales) to ensure customer success. Location: Madrid or Dublin.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the technical advisor for Stripe customers, understanding their business needs and translating them into actionable technical plans.
  • Guide API onboarding, integrations, and payments configuration; troubleshoot API/Webhook issues.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineers, Customer Success, and Support to resolve escalations and drive successful outcomes.
  • Proactively monitor accounts to identify risks and opportunities for optimization.

Requirements

  • Fluent Spanish; professional English.
  • 3+ years in technical account management, customer success, professional services, or related roles, preferably in payments or software.
  • Strong knowledge of APIs, webhooks, authentication, and payments workflows; experience with Stripe or similar payment platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and work with cross-functional teams.
