Overview
Stripe is seeking a Technical Account Manager, French speaking, based in Dublin to join our team as a trusted technical advisor for Stripe's enterprise customers. This on-site role will own onboarding, API integrations, incident coordination, and technical escalation, bridging customer needs with Stripe's product and engineering teams to drive successful outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own strategic customer relationships and ensure successful technical outcomes for French-speaking customers.
- Serve as the primary technical liaison, guiding API integrations, platform configurations, and developer tooling.
- Coordinate with Stripe engineers and product teams to resolve incidents and drive platform adoption.
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Provide customer feedback to product and help shape Stripe’s roadmap.
Requirements
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
- Strong technical background with experience in APIs, cloud infrastructure, SaaS, and developer tools.
- Proven experience in Technical Account Management, Solutions Engineering, or related roles in a customer-facing technical capacity.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Based in Dublin or willing to relocate to Dublin; willingness to travel as needed.
