Overview
Stripe is seeking a Technical Account Manager to serve as a trusted technical advisor to our customers, helping them implement, integrate, and optimize Stripe payments and related technologies.
What you'll do
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for strategic Stripe customers
- Guide API integrations and solution design
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and coordinate with Product and Engineering teams
- Lead technical reviews, workshops, and best practice sessions
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base content
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering to ensure customer success
What you should have
- 5+ years of experience in technical, customer-facing roles (solutions engineering, consulting, or customer success)
- Strong API and integration experience, including REST, Webhooks, and OAuth
- Experience with payments platforms or SaaS APIs; Stripe experience is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Ability to travel as needed
